BHS Connect strictly adheres to HIPAA Privacy and Security Policies and Procedures to comply with the health information privacy and security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (*HIPAA"), as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009
